@Invorto Try making the calls after 5-10 minutes, it will work most likely you have initiated more calls than your allowed limit, and didn't considrered the average call duration.

@Shubham Bajaj on this issue for us , we did not even initiate 10 calls.

@Eeshita We are working on the Concurrency Tracker project, which will help you monitor live concurrency limits. I have reset your limit, so you can try making calls again. Apologies for the inconvenience.

@Shubham Bajaj our codes are set in away that we do not make more than 10 calls in 10 mins . Max duration of each call is 2 mins . So , I m not sure why we got this error this morning . We checked our internal logs only 5 calls were initiated.

Shubham I am trying to make calls but it is throwing the same concurrency error. There are no other calls in the queue. ord ID 25d08492-6daf-4002-87e3-51255d7f6ad6
Adding the issue to other there here, the calls are not getting connected and in call reports is only fetched for answered call.

@Invorto Try making calls after 10 minutes, and let me know how it goes.

@Shubham Bajaj 775f2c96-88be-4a60-ba21-38ce13bbee89 call never got connected to the my SIP. there is no information. I am using two different SIP and only today I am facing similiar issue of both calls not getting connected, end of call report and concurrency and it is same for both the SIPs.

@Invorto Looking into these call ids, as they related to SIP might be failing because of something else.

even with no call in the queue, post 5 to 7 call attempts, I am getting concurrency error.
i am processing 10 calls at once, with 5 min delay and my average call duration is not more than 50 seconds
with no call in the queue, still getting concurrency issue.
@Shubham Bajaj still same issue, numbers were dialled from VAPI and SIP did not get any information and we are facing concurrency issue.
