New user with some question on the app

I am presently on a trial account under 49iron@gmail.com. (the email address I am send from here is also added as an admin). I will be moving to a full account, but have a few questions. Can I change the 49iron@gmail.com main account email to jscherer@ntelegence.com? (I’d rather not delete the account and start over if I don’t have to, but understand that if I need to) I know I can upload supporting documentation. Can I upload multiple docs for a single assistant? Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to allow the assistant to comb the relevant doc(s)? Can a URL be added to an assistant to allow them to scan a website or outside source to help with their answers? If so, where can that URL be entered? Can there be multiple URLs used? Is an API the only way to set up a recurring export of call data? Do you recommend any specific apps to build that API? If I already have my own number in Twilio, I understand that I can ‘import’ that into my account. If I do that, am I paying Twilio AND VAPI both for the minutes of use as well as the cost of the number? Or am I only paying VAPI the $ .05/min on top of what Twilio is charging me?

Yes API is the only way to bulk export, but you can also use end of call report as well. > am I only paying VAPI the $ .05/min on top of what Twilio is charging me? I have successfully uploaded supporting docs in both .docx and .pdf formats, but when I click on Knowledge Base neither of them show. What am I missing?
