Hi, I am trying to add a voice with voice id to my persona. For some reason when I use the id in the library literally 7 identical suggestions appear. But when I copy the id into the field in the agent it doesnt work and it says that the voice doesnt exsist. Even though it clearly does seven fold. (Also why does it exist seven times? @Williham Currently, the voice ID is associated with seven accounts, and I must consult with all of them, including yourself, prior to removing the voice. This is due to the duplicate voice ID being utilized by multiple organizations, which has resulted in an inability to identify a unique source, ultimately leading to functionality issues. I kindly request some time to reach out to the remaining organization owners and will follow up with you shortly.

I'm having similiar issues assigning voices into Squads. They don't seem to use the same logic as within the individual assistant view....

@Shubham Bajaj I can’t remeber adding the id to the library. I don’t know how to do that. I just wanted to add the custom id in the assistant. Can you give me an estimate on how long it will take to make the voice work? Are we talking hours, days or weeks?

Oh I just found out that you could add a voice in the voice library. So I added the voice there, and when I go into assiant -> voice and press Add Voice ID Manually and put in the ID, it works. So I solved my issue. However you now have eight instead of seven duplicates in the library. Which of course I still hope you can solve on your end, even though the initial problem I contacted you for is fixed.

@Williham Glad it's working for you, but yeah If I have to remove then I have to remove all 8 duplicates.

@Shubham Bajaj now there are 52 copies of the same voice in the voice library. Maybe a cause for concern? Just a heads up
