Thanks! The ai kept speaking no stop for a period of 1 min almost. How is that possible and the voice also is female but we had a male voice. In vapi we already setup to not to fallback to any fallback voice.

@Shivam Sharma The AI keep speaking to himself can be possible of the audio background if voice echos. Now regarding his sincerely I require another call ID to reproduce this on my end. But I have added your call ID and support ticket to my watch list.
