Hi, I was wondering how you would be charged if you were to use an voice agent. Would you start getting charged for the minutes the moment an outbound call is picked up/inbound call is picked up. Or would you be charged even in situations where a call may not go through, ex: a outbound call goes to voicemail

@Lone Yes you will be charged for both types of calls when a call is picked based on minutes and when a call is not picked then based on voicemail charge by twilio.
