server event from your assistant and then it will work. Basically

phone-call-control

means you want to control how the transfer should be done.

@me checking if your were able to remove the server message if not then:- 1. Go to the Vapi Dashboard 2. Click on Assistants NavBar Item 3. Select the Assistant in discussion 4. Goto Advance Tab 5. Scroll down to the server messages section and deselect the server message
