Yes, they pay for it, haha. VAPI offers unlimited concurrency on their enterprise plan (if I understood the sales rep correctly) I believe though you may be burying the lead a little bit, or perhaps overestimating your need for volume. Surely, if you're doing 20+ concurrent calls, you'd have the revenue to justify paying for the concurrency. May I ask why you need such high call concurrency? Why not break up the calls into smaller batches that sequentially process?
