Also if I do use a knowledge base such as a doc File, where it'll be dynamically updated, can I upload the doc file dynamically somehow similar to how dynamic variables work in Vapi while using Make? Because as far as I understand, knowledge bases use saved files but what I need to use is a document that will be updated periodically. Hope you got my question
