you would 1. make copy of DOC in make, 2. update copy with latest updates 3. attach document to Vectorstore that your agent is using for that specific person. Manage the vectorstore(kb) on your own dont worry about using VAPIs in my opinion. Weviate, Qdrant and Pinecone are great!
