No end-of-call-report for some ended reason

02/12/2025, 7:28 PMHi, can we please check why we don't get a end-of-call-report for some calls? Is it that it won't be sent for some ended reasons. If yes, what are those? I receive the end call report for some most of calls but its missing for some.
Example: 3beefc3c-e97f-4b49-88a2-5e44df534abe
I already have end-call-report selected for server messages.

02/19/2025, 10:45 AMHey Shivam, when calls are connected then only we don't send end of call report but you can use either status-update event or make an api request to GET /assistant/:id after 30 seconds of call if you don't hear anything back from us.
