Phone number outbound limit?

02/13/2025, 5:17 PMCan you please disable this on my account ASAP? I paid for phone numbers via VAPI and now I can't call back a prospect, and the error message says that free numbers are limited. I thought I paid for it, why am I subject to the limits?

02/13/2025, 5:32 PMCan you enforce it to like 10 outbound phone numbers instead of calls? Or can you disable that on my account for 15 mins so I can follow up with this prospect ASAP? I haven't set up twilio verification yet so after I tried to import a number it has an annoying message saying I'm on a trial before the call goes through

02/13/2025, 5:48 PMNvm turns out twilio verification was easier than I thought 😄 still would be good to have a warning somewhere about this cutoff. Need to go change the phone number id in my code now.

02/16/2025, 5:26 PM@Mason | Building KOI I had a similar issue, but in our case actually I need MORE THAN 10 vapi phone numbers, I can't seem to gete more than the 10 for free... I was under the impression these were $2 month per number? that's fine for us , but not working... can you please clarify if we bring twilio credentials when creating new phone numbers, we can add as many as we want?
Also, thislimit of 10 outbound calls per day is ONLY with vapi numbers?
