Hi there, we are setting up VAPI and are experiencing some fluctuation in tonality on those calls. Anyone have some guidance on how to manage this better. We are trying to work towards a working version and need some assistance. I’d recommend caretisa, different model architecture less variabkes

I just switched from that one and had the same issue

Variables or tokens shouldn’t affect tonality what so ever

i tried different voice models by the same voice provider which sometimes helped. But finally switched to a difference voice provider that was more stable.
