I updated my knowledge base, and it wiped out a lot of my previous settings, probably because I left some of them blank. Now, I can't get any calls, and it keeps telling me: 'please enter your password then press pound.' Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
I fixed it, the kb wasn't getting uploaded correctly from the DB. I have to use the api to upload it and attach it.
