Missing data from Vapi to make.com

Hello, any idea why does the webhook connected to Vapi sometimes receives all data from the call and sometimes doesn't. Thanks in advance.

What server messages do you have setup?

What do you mean? make.com webhook url is connected to server url on vapi, I get to manually run the webhook couple of times with existing data until finally gets all data needed while it should do that automatically and once I believe.

Can you share make.com screenshots of payload you recieved? Also can you show the schema for your tool call with vapi?
Have to run the webhook manually for each time to add some of data received.
Till it returns all, including transcript, summary, and etc.

Go to your bot settings -> advanced -> server messages. Set it to "end-of-call-report" only

Did it, still same issue. It just goes through the whole flow on make without out even finishing the call.
Not yet, looking through it if you have suggestions.

@Zeyad Moheb Bryce is correct, vapi is updating your make.com scenario with the wrong event. @SlaviSavanovic @Bryce We don't send wrong server events, what's selected by you is only sent to your webhook url.
@Zeyad Moheb could you share the the call ID so I can take a look?

Yes and tried leaving it with end of report only.
I'm figuring it out I guess, tried other stuff running it on make as immediately when data arrives, it turns out data stays on queue sometimes waiting for me to process old data so it receives all. Testing it on making sure it does it all at once. Will let you know within couple of days if it's not smooth.

Still same issue, webhook is unstable as it most of the time doesn’t wait to fully process data and just proceeds with the scenario which leads to error due to the missing data.
