We invested hours but it's time to stop using your service guys, too many bugs. Please add tests in your code or hire more talented people. Just a few from this week: - Created public API Keys with transient assistant checked (or not), always get 403 "Key doesn't allow transient assistant on https://api.vapi.ai/call/web - Tested nova-3 to replace nova-2, not working, get "Transcriber failed (reason: Received network error or non-101 status code.)" - One of my account realtime API is no more working (rest is working). Neither on old or new Assistant or via API. Only way to solve is to create a new account. - Tested OpenAI realtime API, tools are not working - Trying to use with voice but it forget to answer and then disconnect with Silence - Support and office hours with no answers to real issue is not great. The idea of your service is great but this is not stable enough to work with..

Hello @cquilboss, could you please share the organization ID for the public key not working, the call ID for Deepgram failing, and any other call IDs for the Relative API not working? Additionally, could you help me recall when it provided you with an unsatisfactory experience regarding office hours? I will ensure that this does not recur. โ€œSupport and office hours with no answers to genuine issues are not acceptable.โ€

are using own deepgram key, because this error is from deepgram.
Tested OpenAI realtime API, tools are not working
Realtime API is still pretty new you can expect sometimes things won't go well, can you share the call ID I will take a look.
