AI abruptly ending the call

Call id: 914c8e60-fe4b-4d8e-a5c6-e02b4f4e7c26 Timestamp: Feb 18, 2025, 3:34 PM Response expected: the AI continues with the conversation, confirming further details with the doctor's offices Response received: AI ends the call after hearing "thank you" in the middle of the conversation I noticed that whenever the AI listens to some keywords like "thank you", in the middle of the conversation, the AI forgets the purpose of the call and just ends the call abruptly. How can I avoid this?
