Silence during call with vapi outbound automation

Hi, I am having issue with my outbound call assistant. The call is triggering through automation successfully but While customer receive the call, there is silence and agent doesn't speak anything. Here is my call ID: 8b886ac0-9bbc-40de-a15e-f31df8589ac3

Waited 300s But Transport Never Connected. The call was never connected from twilio side in required time, which resulted into call termination. While customer receive the call, the twilio didn't replied back to us in required time and eventually call was closed.
