Voicemail ID problem and Test $$

all call which go on voicemail has unknown error here is 1 ID : a3ffb84e-b0d3-482d-92fb-dd9323c5e430
And was wondering if only we could get 5$ for tests because all our calls for test are going expensive !

I dont see what i can do more.
i've read every tickets about voicemail and documentation, i dont see the good thing to make it works.
