Hi Team, Actually I deposited some amount of $20 in a Twilio account for voice calling. And I connected with Vapi and now in the Vapi wallet it is showing that my wallet is frozen and I cannot call now. But I deposited money in a Twilio wallet. So now Should I have to deposit money in the wallet or vapi also or not? Or Is there any issue? Please solve this issue as soon as possible. You must add credits to your Vapi account to make calls. Twilio wallet credits will be used for Twilio calling or telephony charges. For other uses, you must add credits to your Vapi account, as you can see your credits are in the negative.
