For a personal antidote @Ade , the support team is really great. Not just them but the community is extremely active and helpful far more than bland, retell, or any other platform. They literally do daily office hours with the community which is almost unheard of.

I am still waiting, not been able to access my account for over 60hrs - so my experience for such a simple issue is very poor!
