Transfering to human

03/02/2025, 6:16 AMAm running into an issue where my tool which i perfectly setup is not transfering to a human and instead just ending thee call and giving me the error, watch the video so you understand what i mean

03/03/2025, 12:08 AMWhen you call through the UI like you are, it always ends like that when a call is transferred (with the error). You will need to actually call the number to see if your call transfer is working

03/03/2025, 12:11 AMWorth noting, the call transfer code in Vapi is quite buggy, you will likely need to do some updating to your prompt to get it to work smoothly. Lastly, the actual call transfer tool that is provided to the LLM has a description that is generated by Vapi and not visible to you. It REALLY looks like this (in case helpful)
