Our agent is gulping certain words. Example in the opening line What would you like to order? The word order shows up in the transcript but the voice does not go through in the actual call. Call Id- 0ef6850f-9885-43da-b8b9-04d6bb5c84ee Time- 0.09- 0.12 secs This has been happening in other calls as well consistently.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your agent not transmitting certain words during calls. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address this: 1. **Check Network Latency**: Ensure there are no network delays that could be causing the call to drop before the VAPI assistant picks up. A stable internet connection is crucial for voice quality. 2. **Review Configuration Settings**: Double-check your Google Voice and Twilio settings to prevent any conflicts. Make sure that the outbound call permissions are correctly set in the Twilio Console. 3. **Analyze SIP Configuration**: Verify that your SIP URI formatting and network configuration are correct. Ensure that your SIP server settings allow traffic on the SIP protocol. 4. **Monitor Call Quality & Logs**: Use Twilio and Vapi logs to inspect for any error messages that might indicate issues with call handling. 5. **Adjust Voice Parameters**: Sometimes, adjusting the voice parameters, such as the style value, can help. A high style value may lead to unpredictable distortions. If these steps don't resolve the issue, please consider reaching out to Vapi support with the call ID and details of the problem for further assistance.
