Not stable. Been trying to use this system for over 6 months now. About to cut and run. Have spent much time and money. Things get changed randomly. Once we have something that works, things are changed and break constantly. Extremely frustrating. Have a HUGE meeting with a national pizza chain tomorrow and system just shits the bed and acts different all of a sudden and tools cant be adjusted etc. Need to find alternatives ASAP

Hey @amurgio I completely hear your frustration brother. I want to be the reason you stay here, what is that going to take?

I have experienced the same stuff unfortunately, really just with Voicemails.

Tell me more, what problems are you running into with voicemails?

@Mason I must say I'm a bit unsure as well. I've built my whole tool starting with VAPI but I'm inclined to consider switching to retell or just do 11labs as well. I do think the changes in the past month and a half have caused things to break or have to be reconfigured, I'm hoping it's fixed now and things will stay stable. I hear you man, but I promise you the reason you're seeing these things is because Vapi is pushing the envelope of what you can do with voice AI unlike any other voice platform. The reason they brought me on board is to focus on you guys and make sure you're heard, and I 100% hear you. Less breaking changes, more notice and documentation when they do come. If you can, create a ticket with a call ID or two so the team can look at them (I'm not able to yet). I will 1000% stay on top of your ticket.

@Mason when i update prompts it seems like they dont stick. They seem like they save on front end but i dont think the prompts change. But there are many issues I have encountered. Watch my video. I have noticed that when i update prompts and then call them back, its like they dont change and things are cached. Do i need to log out and back in often or use incognito browser when making changes. Here is a video of me showing that the system is even caching when using the new AI prompt tool.
