Are there any updates on assistants being able to navigate IVR? I.e. using DMTF to select options in a menu? This is a significant blocker for our completion rates. Would majorly appreciate a solve! 🙏

It looks like you do have a DTMF tool available, it just doesn't work? We have outbound calling agents who encounter IVR menus frequently and they aren't able to engage with them. I see, thanks. It is showing in the tool section but doesn't work properly. Can you send an sample number where we can test this IVR navigation flow?

Wouldn’t you have internal test numbers and sandbox environ for this? @Shubham Bajaj - can you confirm that Sahil is part of the Vapi team?

@PM6852 Hey, @Sahil is our Founding Solution Engineer at Vapi, and my senior associate as well.
@PM6852 For now, our current DTMF tool doesn't work as expected, and because of this, Sahil suggested you that it won't work. Try to look for an alternative. His intention was to save your time and effort from being wasted.

@Shubham Bajaj has anyone done this successfully? We've gotten as far as having Twilio enter a DTMF tone, but there are still a bunch of bugs with that as well.
