Call Transferring Issue

The assistant says multiple times she is going to ransfer the call, but it does not happen. Goes on a loop doing this then sit idle and forgets she was meant to be transferring. CALL ID: ca0ed97d-3fb4-4a36-8e3e-157554263abe

Hey Liv, I would recommend going to the transfer call tool you have and enabling "wait for message to be spoken before triggering the tool call". Because of interruptions from the customer and it firing the tool while it was responding it seems to of confused it. When those things didn't happen at the end of the call it appears to of transferred successfully.

@mason thank you. We have the tool being called in the prompts as "> Then silently Call the transferCall function with [phone]" however we hadn't actually set up the tool in the Tools section, so will look into this. I think when we set the AI up this may not have been available.
