Hi, We are trying to sign in, but we are getting an error recently. Our dev account is also locked, which is connected to our dev environment techadmin-dev@cleverize.ai
It asked us to do the KYC, and we completed that successfully!

has failed the KYC Verification you have to initiate it again. Post kYC your account
techadmin-dev@cleverize.ai

@Shubham Bajaj Thanks for getting back to me I'm getting the same error still on both accounts.
It is now ok on techadmin@cleverize.ai However on techadmin-dev@cleverize.ai we still see the same error, the platform is not allowing me to get in to do the KYC again
