The assistant itself should be able to end the call if you include it in the prompt. Not sure of the context here for how you're setting up the make scenario but e.g. if it's a tool call or a transient assistant, the assistant doesn't receive a second webhook response (I don't think) and I'm almost positive it won't be able to accept it as a trigger to use the endCall tool
