For best practices for prompt, would recommend identifying exactly what about the prompt you'd like to be moldable/different (based on the data provided in the form) then from there seeing if you can just change that. Picture a prompt as a huge lego block: Block 1: Role Block 2: Style Block 3: Response Guidelines Block 4: Tasks 1. 2. 3. ... ... ... ... X You'd probably want specifically #3 changed because of the form. Or better yet, more specifically sentence 2 - sentence 4 of #3. Get real specific and then you can within make, have an LLM mold the new data-specific part of that prompt vs. the old one and then plug it in. You can do it with transient assistant, however it's not critical. The #1 benefit to transient assistants is that if you have the same exact system prompt across numerous vapi organizations and you want the ability to make ONE change, as if you're editing the system prompt within ONE organization (and it applies for EVERY organization) INSTEAD of literally let's say going into vapi organization 1 - 40 and manually clicking buttons to update the system prompt, the same change 40 times, then you'd want to have transient assistant. Hope that helps.
