Hi there! I see you're experiencing call failures across all your numbers. Let me help you troubleshoot this issue 🔍 There could be several reasons for this happening: 1. **Recent Service Disruptions**: There have been some recent service outages affecting call functionality, including issues with requests not being delivered to SIP servers and concurrent call failures [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1334477306697093180). 2. **Common Causes for Call Failures**: - Network connectivity issues or SIP gateway failures [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1336713212233515089) - Incorrect SIP URI and forwarding settings [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1340144301132353637) - Hitting concurrency limits for calls [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1341449578100031488) - API integration issues between Twilio and VAPI [Discord](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1334159219649417289) 3. **Troubleshooting Steps**: - Check your SIP configuration and ensure the SIP URI is correctly formatted - Verify your Twilio account permissions and ensure outbound calling is enabled - Review logs for specific error messages - Check network stability and server configuration Could you share any error messages you're seeing or provide more details about when this started happening? This would help narrow down the specific issue you're facing. I just had the same error I think there was some short-lived bug

It does seem to work now...
@Sahil @Shubham Bajaj @Vapi I thought when the AI is not able to connect, the nbr is supposed to forward to the fallback phone number? I have it set at the assistant level and phone number level however it didn't happen there.
@Mason

Hey, yes it should fallback to your number. Can you provide some more details about how did you setup the fallback phone number so that I can provide you some more details about it?
m
Actually I was making outgoing calls with a transcient so I didn't check but I'm pretty sure I didn't set a fallback number for that case since I didn't think it was necessary...

Gotcha, I believe we we're experiencing some intermittent downtime when you first reported this, give it a shot and see if you are still running into the connection issue.
