Hi Team, I'm working with a client who needs both Arabic and English spoken in native accents. Currently, I'm using ar-SA-ZariyahNeural, but English sounds accented and slow. Do you have any voice options that can handle both Arabic and English with native pronunciation and proper accents? Or any recommended setup for this use case? Will appreciate a quick support @Vapi team

Hey Sahil, To find out good multilingual voices for both Arabic and English accents, check out 11Labs. They'll give you a good, multilingual voice that can work for both languages. In case you're looking for two different voices, you can try out VAPI voices for the English language and search for an Arabic voice in 11Labs.

from 11labs what i found is when i ask it to introduce in arabic it worked in vapi dashboard but when i used in my app with some custom prompt and asked her to introduce it seems it is reading some code or something which doesnt seem to be arabic. Hey Sahil, You have to be more specific about what's not working with you. I don't understand Arabic, and I need a comparison or finding from which I can determine if this was unexpected and this is was expected. So I request you to share the following information in the format below.
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

it is very clear that the agent is not at all speaking Arabic it is trying to read Arabic in English i guess. If you check at the logs it is receiving voice inputs in Arabic from the open ai (in text) but is unable to synthesize or vocalize it. Can you please let me understand why is this happening If we need to use some specific voices to resolve this issue can you please suggest me some voices from any provider available in vapi it will be of great help !

Okay Sahil, I just looked into the call logs for the shared call ID. It's using an English language transcriber and English voice provider. That's why it's pivoting to English instead of Arabic. So I suggest you to change to the Arabic voice and transcriber.
