Ai agent keeps repeating itself

03/19/2025, 3:49 PMit's been happening since last friday, the ai agents are all connected via Twillio to GHL, and they are all lagging and keep repeating the same question despite answering them already. Initially thought its got to do with vapi maintenance but its been like 5 days. Some help/insight will be much appreciated.

The issue was from Twilio's side where for the UK numbers there was a drift which caused the modal output and the audio to be mixed up. I suggest you try making 2-3 test calls now. The issue shouldn't be appearing for you because this has been fixed by Twilio's team.
