Txt knowledge not working

Hello, i have simple txt with like 5 FAQ for test and enabled on assistant. It is not working and assistant is not reading file. this i got in my system prompt: Important - don't make up information that is not in the prompt or in the files to study, if you don't know, apologize and offer to redirect. when querying, look for information in the files using "defaultQueryTool" And still not reading simple .txt with FAQ Any ideas? Thank you

could it be that the file has diacritics?

Same issue here - text knowldge is taking forever to process
My best guess is that it's not processing anything at all...
