I am able to see the results returned from make.com web hook to agent using the test code tool, but when running the agent, i see the web hook has completed successfully but agent still says she can't see the retrurned data. I am trying to get the agent to greet the caller with thier first name if they have rang before., everything else works, its just the agent not saying the name which is the issue. When I ask it what my name is, it just gives me a random name each time and then I ask thats not my name, and it says it doesn't know my name. so it's supposed to be a straightforward thing. Please can someone advise?
