We're using the https://api.vapi.ai/logs api but it looks like this will be deprecated. Even still, this api doesn't return the actual vapi logs that I see when HIPAA is turned off. Is there a way to pull these vapi logs? We're trying to debug an issue on production where the agent keeps transferring the call out even though the recording shows no indication that anything is wrong with the call.

Hey either at your assistant or org level If HIPAA is set to true because of this you cannot get the transcripts and call log So I'll suggest check your org Organization and then check your assistant and set the HIPAA enabled to false.

@Shubham Bajaj we specifically have HIPAA turned on. What I'm asking is, is there any call event that will push this data to us at the time of the call?

As of now, we don't have any such event /feature which can push data to your storage at the end of call. Instead, you can save them during the call if required through all of the server events. Also, I'll suggest you to raise the feature request so that you can get those logs at the end of call as well over to your storage buckets.
