Hello. I loaded $1,000 into my account with my credit card. But it shows up in the free plan. I can't use my credit. I can't upgrade my plan. I don't understand how to change the plan. I don't get a return e-mail. Can you change it automatically? I have a loan but I can't use it.

Hey Hakan, We have a new VAPI plan under which you get 1000 VAPI minutes per month. Once you're about to use this limit or about to consume these minutes, the team will contact you to upgrade your plan to a pay-as-you-go plan where you'll be able to use your credits to use VAPI services. In your case, I can refund the credits to your account. You have to just share your primary VAPI billing email or primary organization ID, and then I do the refund. Another option is if you want to continue, I can convert your account directly to pay-as-you-go where you'll be using your credits only to use VAPI services. Let me know which route you want to move forward.

Hello. I've emailed everywhere, but no one's contacting me to upgrade to a paid plan. I want to use my credit. You can convert it to pay-as-you-go. Account one address is echocall@echopos.com.tr.
