Hey gzqq, VAPI Startup Plans give you 1000 minutes/month. Once you consume this limit, we'll ask you to upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go plan. Under this plan, you won't be able to use your credit for VAPI services, and you can only use credits for purchasing add-ons. Let me know if you have more questions or require further help.

I am not interested in the free minutes, since it has a lot of restrictions (based on the comments in discord) to be honest with you, I will apply for start up with sales in the coming weeks, once we have a reliable way to use VAPI, we are struggling with certain stuff, mostly reliability and latency related.

I prefer to stay under pay as you go which is the most realistic scenario, again, based on discord comments i have read

Honestly speaking, most of our users don't have that much context . All they interpret is from other conventions and threads. You won't be having any latency error under the VAPI free plan as they might have mentioned. Our motive is to give you credits to do your POCs before even deciding to push for a market fit or before even launching your product. If you still want to shift to pay-as-you-go, you can share your organization ID and I will share the same with Team.
