Call Logs Missig Some Data

First photo was how my call logs looked like yesterday. Today they looked like the second photo. I haven't changed anything on my webhook and assistant setting but it somehow ended up like that. I understand your concern about the missing columns in your call logs. I've looked into this issue and while I can see that the "Duration" and "Start Time" columns are now missing and a new "Success Evaluation" column has appeared, I don't have the ability to directly modify which columns are displayed in your call logs. I've escalated this to our technical support team who can help with system-level configurations. They'll be able to investigate why this change occurred without you modifying any settings and help you get your call logs display back to how it was before. Someone from our team will reach out to you shortly. In the meantime, if you need to track call durations urgently, you might be able to access this data through the API endpoint for retrieving logs at

Hi! @Shaneng I have the same situation, for now I filter the calls up to the date and I can see all the call information on the panel.

I think i found them. Gotta scroll your screen to the right. The success evaluation just takes so much space they got pushed out of screen

Hey Shaneng, Could you share a call ID where Success evaluation is taking up the complete dashboard space, and you have to scroll to the right to see the call information? A Loom video along with this will really help us reproduce this error which you are facing and eventually get it fixed.
