The SIP server sip.vapi.ai has been down since yesterday and is not responding to our OPTIONS requests, preventing us from establishing the SIP Trunk. Multiple PBXs are returning UNREACHABLE. Could the support team check this? I currently have a total service outage for the agents.

This is started recently. Previously, we resolved it, but we didn't close the incident as it was under monitoring, so it came again today. It's all when we have an unexpected amount of calls on the network, this comes up. Currently, we are doing what we can to upgrade everything so that this never shows up again
