I'm trying to make the assistant for Malay (ms) language. But before I could say anything, the call got cut off immediately. My silent time out was set at 10s, but the call lasts less than 10s. I checked on call log, the calls were ended due to "customer-did-not-answer" but I clearly pick up the phone. What is the issue for this and the solution?
