Hi, starting today I’ve been receiving this notification. According to the number of concurrent calls, there were suddenly 12 simultaneous calls at 12 PM today. However, no activity at all is visible in any dashboards, call logs, or API logs throughout the entire day. Not a single call was made from my account today. Where are these 12 simultaneous calls coming from, and how can I reset my account? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1359921302819049512/1359921304203034724/3.jpg?ex=67f93ce9&is=67f7eb69&hm=0c7b43d39999473fa3f91d883a3cab9a6779d9da54a1d0661f1059d50b030954&

Hi there! 👋 I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected errors like this. I'm unable to pinpoint exactly where those 12 simultaneous calls are coming from in your specific case, as this would require direct access to your account data. However, I can definitely help explain potential causes and troubleshooting steps! Based on the information I've found, there are several possible reasons for receiving an "Over Concurrency Limit" error when no calls are visible in your dashboards: ## Possible Causes - **Stuck or Hung Calls**: The system might not be properly terminating calls, leading to a discrepancy between actual usage and system tracking [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1326262542858850445). - **System Errors**: There might be a system error where calls are not being properly cleared from your concurrency pool [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1326262542858850445). - **API Downtime**: Calls can get stuck in an "in-progress" state after an API downtime, occupying your concurrency limit [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1334236814705299519). - **Database Outage**: A database outage can cause the system to incorrectly report concurrency issues [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1334473881242832970). - **Scaling Issues**: Problems with Vapi's scaling infrastructure could lead to incorrect concurrency calculations [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1338522863510093824). ## Troubleshooting Steps 1. **Check System Status**: Review Vapi's system status page at https://status.vapi.ai/ to see if there are any known issues. 2. **Monitor Active Calls**: Try to monitor active calls in real-time through the dashboard or API.
3. **Restart Services**: If possible, try restarting your Vapi services to reset the system state. 4. **Review Call States**: If you have access to administrative tools, review your current call states. ## Getting Your Account Reset To reset your account and resolve the concurrency limit issue, I recommend contacting Vapi support directly: - **Email**: Send an email to support@vapi.com with your organization ID and a detailed description of the issue [Discord thread](https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483291191083018/threads/1336565895266435135). - **Support Ticket**: Log in to your Vapi account and submit a support ticket with all the relevant information. When contacting support, be sure to include: - Your organization ID - Screenshots of the error - Timestamps of when the issue occurred - Mention that no calls are visible in your dashboards or logs Is there anything specific about these troubleshooting steps you'd like me to clarify? I understand your frustration with this situation. Given the unusual nature of your issue - seeing 12 concurrent calls when you haven't made any calls at all - I've escalated your case directly to our technical support team for immediate investigation. This appears to be a backend system issue that requires specialized access to resolve. Our support team will need to investigate what's causing these phantom calls and reset your concurrency limit properly. While you wait for their response, I recommend: 1. Checking if there are any system-wide issues on our [status page](https://status.vapi.ai/) 2. Having your organization ID ready to share with the support team when they contact you The support team should be reaching out to you very soon. They'll have the necessary tools to investigate where these phantom calls are coming from and properly reset your account. Is there anything else you'd like me to relay to the support team about your situation?

Thank you for your response. We have two IT experts on our team, and even they couldn’t identify the cause of the issue or the account restriction. I would really appreciate a prompt follow-up. Could you also let me know how I will be contacted?
If possible please reset my account asap
When can I count on your support?
k
You can always count on our support without any doubt. Sometimes it takes time to reply back based on support tickets and other things.
Hey, could you share your organization ID so I could reset your concurrency?
j
The support did allready the reset but the problem is still there. How is it possbile?
k
If you could share the Org ID, I can take a look at what was the possible reason for concurrency on your account.
Also, I will reset the concurrency limit for your organization.
