I thought with the new model of Nova 3 and openai gpt transcriber you could just talk in any language and the transcriber would figure out what language it is automatically. But when I try to speak in Dutch it doesn't respond in dutch. Sometimes It starts talking in Spanish or Chinese randomly. What's going on? I've tried Deepgram Nova 3 with language multi, and OpenAITranscriber Gpt4oTranscribe without setting a specific language.
