Sign in error for multiple accounts

Hey, we are managing VAPI accounts for our customers. And as a result, we have a few of them. We just finished with the setup on our side and wanted to put billing details for all of the accounts. But we can not access some of them to do that. We were asked to do verification, and we did it, but after that, we lost access to the account. As I can understand from other tickets, our accounts were blocked. We do not plan to use them for free minutes or anything like that. We will set up billing method as soon as we can access it. Could you help, please? @Kings_big💫 As we tried to manage other accounts in the meantime, they also got blocked: vapi_prod_01@romulus.live vapi_prod_01+1@romulus.live vapi_prod_01+2@romulus.live We had some of them with the billing method already set. Please update us on this asap, as we are blocked at the moment.
