Test suites not running, or on long delays

When I start a test suite run, it always returns a warning symbol with "Whoops, there was an error running the test suite. Please try again or reach out to us.". But, despite that message, when I checked today, all my tests from yesterday had run. But they all ran ~5-6 hours after I triggered them. An example test run is: 3252a360-b36e-403e-8245-89d4b006b5fa.. I triggered this a couple hours ago (4/15/2025, 9:52:53 AM) and have received nothing but that error message. How fast should I expect the tests to run? Why am I receiving an error message with no helpful information? Thanks!
