1. How do i get faster/better support w/ VAPI This is a support form right this is like the main way that we get support from Vapi is that true? Do they not have a customer support ticketing system or something because I made a post a couple days ago asking how I can add pauses to my vapi assistant and no one ever responded in a way that got me to be able to add pauses to my assistant it doesn't seem like it would be that hard of a thing to do and I'm tired of waiting for some random person on some random forum to help me and it's not helping because they don't reply often enough so how can I actually get support from this company to do a really simple thing like adding pauses to my assistant when it's speaking? 2. How do I add pauses to my assistant since Eleven labs is saying that they don't support SSML but chatgpt says they do, and Postman isn't working to patch the voice to make the codes work. 3. Am I the only one in the world wanting Vapi to have their assistants pause in certain places in the conversation (like please hold while i note your booking) why is that not fixed and way easier to figure out?

I didn't get a ticket url because when I clicked on the get help area it said that I should go to discord to go to the community support which is why I filled out a post here but no one ever answered my question well enough for me to figure it out
