1. Can a Vapi voice assistant, that it using the pre-built receptionist have a 3 ring delay (Or around 5-8 second delay) so a client can have time to answer the phone if they choose, but if they are busy, on the other line or out of service, the call will be picked up by the assistant? (After the 3 rings or set time allotted) 2. Where is the knowledge base for the pre-built receptionist? Some of the responses it gives are consistent, meaning it gives the same answer to the same question repeatedly, however those responses are not in the prompting, so where is the knowledge for this pre-built assistant stored? Thank You

Vapi doesn’t support a built in ring delay, but you can use Twilio to forward calls to your number first and then to the Vapi assistant after a few rings, the pre-built receptionist’s consistent responses come from its system prompt or any uploaded knowledge base files, which can be managed via the Vapi dashboard.
