1. Can a Vapi voice assistant, that it using the pre-built receptionist have a 3 ring delay (Or around 5-8 second delay) so a client can have time to answer the phone if they choose, but if they are busy, on the other line or out of service, the call will be picked up by the assistant? (After the 3 rings or set time allotted)
2. Where is the knowledge base for the pre-built receptionist? Some of the responses it gives are consistent, meaning it gives the same answer to the same question repeatedly, however those responses are not in the prompting, so where is the knowledge for this pre-built assistant stored?
