I use both recorded call transcriptions to enrich my context window. Could you please clarify if, in VAPI, these data are directly integrated into the training process or used as a context window, or if they are applied in another way?

Vapi uses call transcriptions for postcall analysis and insights, not for training or real time context,and it inform evaluations but aren’t dynamically integrated into assistant responses..
