Hello, it's happening quite often that the Agent goes in error on pronouncing some word and start saying very strange things, or also screams. As an example, in this @Vapi call: 3bcf2961-c832-4a59-ac4b-988b35aedf27 timestamp 15:35:04:628 the agent is trying to say the word CEO, but it screams. It say CEO but say something like "adultaaaaaaaaaaaiiiii CEO etc." i don't really know what is saying. It happened also other times, the sound is really similar to a scream. Can you suggest how to prevent such things? Maybe something in prompt? Thanks! @Kings_big💫

Can you try changing a different voice provider?

can you suggest a good provider and voice for italian? the one i am using was the only one acceptable in terms of quality

For italian voice, try Azure with Isabella or Diego and try to tune from there.
