Hi Team, I have created a phone number (+1 (949) 384 3199) on your portal and attached an assistant Legal Immigration expert (24ca7a0a-84ce-4ad4-9a7e-a7341542bb26) to it for any incoming call. However, when I call this number, I see that there is another insurance agent who starts taking the call. To troubleshoot, I tried with different numbers as well and tried to play around with the assistant as well but the issue persists, and the same default insurance agent connects that I have never created/connected before.

@Badal Have you tried visiting the assistant page? Click on “Tools” at the top, between “Voice” and “Analysis.” Scroll down to the “Tools” field and select “Legal Immigration Expert.”?
