When a tool call is made, the agent doesn't respond automatically with the tool call response. It waits for the caller to say something then it responds Calls: - ID: 3e3e1a18-49b2-4225-8207-7b4f19fe1d03 - Timestamp: 0:35, right after the first tool call - I expected the agent to automatically list out the patients, but it just said / did nothing - ID: 87c13902-0488-4288-aeb0-d95b54b54985 - Timestamp: 0:42 - Same thing as before, I expected the agent to list out all the patients but it did nothing until I said " Please resolve this ASAP - its affecting our customers. Thanks!

You can update your org settings to weekly instead of daily

Yes it does
Because there was a breaking change pushed to daily only

there was a fix for silence timeout deployed today on daily channel. please test again and let us know if this was resolved.
