I’m working on a call assistant that handovers calls to a human. When testing I don’t seem to receive inbound calls to the phone number. I’ve prompted conditions and tried testing via phone call opposed to web, still no luck. Any help will be much appreciated!

Hey @Dan - are you using dynamic transfer or just the native transfer tools?
d
Hi, just the native under predefined tools

Make sure your assistant is correctly attached to the phone number, test using a real phone, check the call logs for errors like “assistant-error,” and try a simplified assistant to isolate the issue..

Yes everything’s aligned that you’ve mentioned. Can’t seem to buy a phone number from Twilio to import for inbound calls. This is the message I’m getting: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1363643641666470050/1363898791119552743/IMG_6837.jpg?ex=6807b53b&is=680663bb&hm=aaef5fbee40f5c843fcf122ad997cfc8de444268a94c09bb6b5512565eb87fa0&

1. Double-check that the regulatory bundle is fully approved - Go to Twilio Console → Trust Hub → Bundles - Make sure the bundle status is “Approved” and linked to a valid UK address 2. Check your Twilio Trust Level - If your account is Restricted, you may need to complete verification steps in the Trust Hub 3. Reach out to Twilio Support - If everything seems correct and you're still blocked, it's best to contact Twilio support and reference the error: > “Account is restricted from provisioning new long code Phone Numbers”
